Abstract

PT. Mitra Tunggal Perkasa is a company that distributes goods such as compressors for the needs of daily activities, both in households, factories, industries, and offices. Compressor machines are one of the machines that are widely used, ranging from light work to complex processes in factories. To increase consumer trust and satisfaction with the services provided in a company, work performance and technician abilities are the benchmark in determining the best compressor engine technician, there are many criteria that must be possessed by every technician as a condition to become the best compressor engine technician. The selection of the best compressor technician is done to help improve the technician's work power so that it becomes even better than the previous one. To assist the determination or selection in determining someone who deserves to be the best compressor machine technician, a decision support system is needed. In this study, a case will be raised, namely looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the Multi Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The research was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out which would determine the optimal alternative. In order for the decisions taken to be more effective and efficient, they must be supported by relevant and accurate data, so that they can be used by each party in supporting the progress of the organization or company in achieving its goals through making the best decisions. The result of the Decision Support System for the Selection of the Best Compressor Machine Technician at PT. Mitra Tunggal Perkasa is alternative A6 with a value of 0.4659
