Abstract

Jaya Education Foundation is the manager of a national leading private school named Jaya Pembangunan School. The Jaya Development School consists of Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle and High School levels. The Jaya Education Foundation was established in 1991. Government agencies, companies or foundations can award scholarships. The scholarship itself is one of the assistance programs given to individuals that aims to be used to continue the education taken. However, mistakes often occur in awarding the scholarship because it is still done manually and there are no clear criteria for how a student can get a scholarship. To anticipate that there will be no mistakes in awarding scholarships, a Decision Support System is needed. By applying the ORESTE and ROC (Rank Order Centroid) methods, and with the description of the background, the authors are interested in conducting research on decision makers in evaluating the performance of administrative staff where each criterion and alternative has a weighted value factor which at the end of the process produces ranking.
