This study aims to compare the performance of two commonly used clustering algorithms, namely K-Means and DBSCAN, in segmenting customers based on bank marketing data. The data used comes from the bank marketing dataset available on Kaggle, including attributes such as age, type of employment, marital status, education level, savings balance, and previous campaign history. The analysis process includes data pre-processing, feature extraction, data standardization, and implementation of the clustering algorithm. Evaluation of the results using the Silhouette Score metric shows that the K-Means algorithm produces a higher Silhouette Score value and a lower Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) than DBSCAN indicating that K-Means is able to produce more solid (compact) clusters and has clearer boundaries between data groups. However, DBSCAN shows advantages in the ability to detect noise and group data with irregular shapes. Thus, the selection of the best algorithm is highly dependent on the characteristics of the data and the purpose of the segmentation. The lack of visitors visiting the STMIK campus website Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani is a problem for the Institute. Therefore this research focuses on how to develop the SMTIK NW Anjani website to increase the number of visitors. As a medium that is used to promote the campus, of course the website must be made better both in terms of interface design and in terms of content presentation in accordance with user involvement. Website analysis and evaluation is carried out to develop a system. Improvements made based on the results of data analysis using the User Centred Design method. This study uses the User-centred Design method which in its development uses the user's perspective of the system. The discussion of this research starts from identifying user needs, analysing user needs, evaluating initial designs, creating solution designs, and evaluating solution designs. so that the display or information provided is in accordance with user needs and provides information that is always updated and can help in the teaching and learning process. The results of the evaluation analysis can be used to redesign the interface of the site https://stmiksznw.ac.id/. After analysing data to see the percentage level effectiveness, efficiency and level of satisfaction felt by users when using the initial website and the proposed website. The existing manual system is deemed inefficient, prone to recording errors, and complicates the process of searching and data recapitulation. The methodology used in this research is a mixed-methods approach, with data collection techniques including interviews and documentation. The system design was carried out using an object-oriented approach with the help of Unified Modelling Language (UML) tools, which include use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and ERD. Admins and members can use the web-based digital library system for login, borrowing, returning, and printing reports, thanks to the design results. The Faculty of Engineering Systems at </em>Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa (UTS<em>) faces challenges in managing thesis repositories that are still conducted manually, leading to limited access, document loss risks, and inefficient administration. This study aims to design and develop a web-based thesis repository information system using the prototyping method involving active user participation. The system provides features for uploading, verifying, and searching theses with multi-role access (admin, lecturers, students). The prototyping method allows iterative evaluation and refinement of the system based on user feedback. The implementation is expected to improve document management efficiency, accelerate information access, and support the digitalization of academic services within the faculty.
