Pengaruh Absensi Fingerprint Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Palembang
Abstract
Fingerprint attendance is one of the developments in information technology that makes everyday life easier, especially in the field of human resource management work. Attendance is applied to determine the presence of employees in carrying out work and the realization of work discipline. This study aims to see the effect of fingerprint attendance on the work discipline of Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Palembang employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of fingerprint attendance on the work discipline of Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Palembang employees. The effect shown is a positive effect
