Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Jurnal Akutansi Manajemen Ekonomi dan Keuangan (JAMEK) JAMEK is published 3 times a year in January, May and September. JAMEK is printed from articles sent to the JAMEK editorial office after going through a review process by the Editorial Board and / or Bebestari Partners. Every article submitted must be free from plagiarsm or autoplagiarsm.The process of submitting / registering articles and the process of reviewing articles is done online.Articles can be written in good and correct English or Indonesian. Articles can be in the form of research results, theoretical studies (state of the art), as well as analysis and solution of problems in the field of Economics that are relevant to this journal, and have never been published in other publication media.

General Instructions

Articles should be written on A4 size HVS paper (210 x 297 mm). Articles are written without page numbers and are arranged in the order of the topics discussed: Introduction, Research Methods (or Model Development), Analysis and Discussion, Testing, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if any), List of Notations (if any) and Bibliography. Abstract and Title are written in 2 (two) languages, namely Indonesian and English.

Writing Instructions

Authors may also download template  of JAMEK. The article begins with the title of the article with 15 pt bold font UPPER CASE Times New Roman format. The author's name is written below the title with Title Case font 10 pt bold Times New Roman format. The author's name is written in full without academic degree. Apostrophe is written below the author's name in superscript format. The name of the institution (home institution, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail) is written below the author's name in Times New Roman font with Title Case format, 9 pt. If there is more than one author, the e-mail of the corresponding author should be written. The title of the article, the author's name and the name of the institution are written centered. The distance between the title and the author's name is 2 spaces (10 pt) and the distance between the author's name and the name of the institution is 1 space (10 pt) The title of the abstract is written in center-aligned regular letters in 10 pt bold format. The distance between the abstract title and the name of the institution is 2 spaces (10 pt). The distance between the abstract text and the abstract title is 1 space (10 pt). The abstract is written in Italic letters of 150-200 words, with a left margin of 35 mm and a right margin of 30 mm. Abstract is written in one column format. Keywords are written below the abstract text, arranged in alphabetical order and separated by semicolons. The title of the keywords is written in regular format with 10 pt bold font while the keywords are written in italic.

Abstract Written in English and Indonesian. If the article is in Indonesian, then the English title is written in the English abstract. If the article is in English, then the title in Indonesian is written in the Indonesian abstract. The title in the abstract is written before the contents of the abstract in UPPER CASE Bold format.

Keyword written in English and Indonesian with a minimum of 3 keywords with the condition that the keywords must be about the topic being raised in the article. 

Article content written in the format of 25 mm left margin, 20 mm right margin, 20 mm bottom margin and 30 mm top margin. The header distance from the edge of the paper is 20 mm, and the footer distance from the edge of the paper (edge) is 13 mm. Articles are typed in MS Word program with Times New Roman typeface with 12 pt font, 2 spaces and in one column format. Each article consists of a maximum of 20 pages (including figures and tables) and is written justified. Paragraph writing on the left edge of the line with a new paragraph transition distance of 12 pt (the beginning of the paragraph does not jut inward).Subtitles are written in bold letters with UPPER CASE format and arranged left-aligned without numbers and underlines. Sub-sub headings are written in bold with Title Case format and are arranged left-aligned without numbers and underlines. Sub sub headings are written in bold with Sentence case format and arranged left aligned without number and underline.

Figure and Table is placed within the text group and annotated. Figures and tables are followed by the title of the figure below the figure and the title of the table above the table. Figure titles and table titles are numbered sequentially. Images are guaranteed to print clearly even if they are reduced to 50%. Figures or diagrams/schemes should be placed between groups of text. Images are not framed. For color images or graphs, please send 300 sheets if you want to print in color. Tables are displayed without vertical lines, while horizontal lines are only displayed 3 main horizontal lines, namely 2 horizontal lines for column heading items and closing lines from the bottom row.

Equation are centered and numbered in brackets. The number is placed at the end of the right margin of the column.

Reference The bibliography is organized according to IEEE using reference tools such as mendeley or enote alphabetically without numbering and the distance between the bibliography is 1 space (10 pt). The writing rules used are as follows:

  • Literature in the form of scientific magazines/journals/proceedings
  • Library in the form of book titles
  • Literature in the form of dissertations / theses / thesis
  • Library in the form of a patent
  • Library in the form of HandBook

Pemuatan Artikel

Artikel dikirimkan /didaftarkan secara online dengan cara mengakses website dari JAMEK dengan alamat sebagai berikut; http://journal.fkpt.org/index.php/JAMEK. Setiap Penulis harus mempunyai users name dan kata kunci /Password untuk bisa mendaftarkan artikelnya. Data pada bagian Metadata harus diisi secara lengkap data semua Penulis. Setiap mendaftarkan artikelnya dapat dilengkapi dengan Surat Peryataan yang menyatakan bahwa artiel terbebas dari konflik dan plagiarism. Bagi calon Penulis yang belum bisa submitted secara online dapat menghubungi Redaksi melalaui jalur E-mail dengan alamat jurnal.jamek@gmail.com

Setiap artikel akan dilakukan telaah oleh Dewan Redaksi dan/atau Mitra Bebestari. Korespondensi akan ditujukan kepada penulis pertama.
